Associate Financial Planner<br/>

Associate Financial Planner

Purpose
Support lead advisors in delivering comprehensive plans and an exceptional client experience while building the skills to grow into a client‑facing planner role.
What you’ll do - Prepare meeting materials: data gathering, account mapping, cash‑flow snapshots, risk/asset‑allocation summaries - Build and maintain planning scenarios (retirement income, tax projections, Roth strategies, education, insurance needs) - Draft follow‑ups and service tickets; track tasks to completion with precision - Coordinate with custodians and internal operations on ACATs, RMDs, QCDs, transfers, and money movements - Document notes and action items in our CRM; maintain impeccable records
What you bring - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Progress toward CFP® or interest in pursuing it - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with planning software and CRMs - Excellent organization, writing, and follow‑through; high attention to detail

Financial Planner

Purpose
Lead client relationships, design and present plans, and steward implementation across investments, retirement income, tax strategies, estate coordination, and risk management.
What you’ll do - Serve as primary or co‑primary advisor for a defined client set; lead review and strategy meetings - Translate goals into an actionable plan (investments, withdrawal sequencing, tax minimization, estate coordination) - Proactively surface opportunities (Roth conversions, NUA, tax‑loss harvesting, charitable strategies, beneficiary updates) - Coordinate with CPAs/attorneys, and with our internal tax & operations teams to execute the plan - Mentor Associates; contribute to workflows, checklists, and process improvement
What you bring - CFP® strongly preferred (or CPA/EA with robust planning experience) - 3–7+ years in financial planning/wealth management; confident presenting to HNW households - Working knowledge of portfolio construction, tax planning, retirement income strategies, and estate basics - Relationship skills: empathy, clarity, professionalism; excellent written communication

Tax Preparer &#8211; Flexible Schedule/Seasonal

Tax Preparer – Flexible Schedule/Seasonal

Purpose
Deliver accurate, timely individual tax preparation that integrates with each client’s broader plan.
What you’ll do - Prepare and review Form 1040 returns (and common schedules) for clients; e‑file and manage acknowledgments - Organize client documents; identify missing items and communicate clearly - Collaborate with advisors on planning items arising from returns (Roth opportunities, QCDs, estimated payments) - Uphold a high standard for documentation, checklists, and quality control
What you bring - Prior experience preparing individual returns (practice or public accounting) - Active PTIN; familiarity with professional tax software (e.g., Drake, Lacerte, ProConnect) - Strong accuracy and deadline discipline; clear client communication - Availability to work increased hours during peak weeks (hybrid schedule possible)
Term & schedule
Seasonal role from January–April; flexible hours vary by week and can include evenings/weekends during peak.
