As Director of Operations & Client Experience, Lesli ensures that every family we serve receives the highest standard of care, organization, and operational excellence. Since joining Noble Birch Wealth Management in October of 2008, her leadership and dedication to continuous improvement have been a foundational pillar of our firm’s success. Lesli orchestrates our daily operations, wealth-management technology, and compliance standards, ensuring that our back-office execution is as flawless and secure as it is seamless for our clients.
While she drives the internal pulse of the firm, Lesli’s additional passion is maintaining direct responsibility for delivering Noble Birch’s signature, white-glove service. She has consistently invested her time into advanced professional development—most recently completing the Elite Practice MVP Academy — to continually elevate our client service models.
Lesli is a Quad City native and currently resides in Riverdale with her husband Dan. She is deeply involved in the daily activities of her three wonderful grandchildren. On the weekends you will find them spending time with family and friends or trying to tackle one of their “endless” home improvement projects.

Favorite Food: It's a toss-up between seafood and Mexican...which is probably why I eat a lot of fish tacos.
Hobbies: Interior Decorating, Home Improvement Projects...I love to paint, especially furniture. Is shopping a hobby?
Philosophy: I truly believe that so much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all of the difference. With me, the glass is always half full!
